The app doesn't work, doesn't allow me to pay my bill online, I have to call or get a ride up the road. Alabama's power customer service is the worst to deal with if you even get the chance.

They have really screwed us over! They only care about money and budget billing is a joke! The last 3 years I have added each month's actual bill and each month's budget billing and at the end of each year we have overpaid at least $150, well, our bill has been steadily going up for this last yearand I'm not talking about a little bit! In March our budget billing was more than my actual monthly disability check! Our (actual bill) was $325. Our (budget billing) was $1,047! Without power 3 months n
