They suck y am I getting someone else info on my bill I've had the number over ten years, but they can't take my number off the account, so I can't get there info in my phone is this a breach of info or something cuz I can drive over to their house, but you can't take there info off my phone number make it make sense cuz im a p off customer who works overnight, so I can never catch them like 4 real could go left im bout to call tod a make a police report for or pull up knocking hardaf at this poin

The app doesn't work, doesn't allow me to pay my bill online, I have to call or get a ride up the road. Alabama's power customer service is the worst to deal with if you even get the chance.
