Great app and keeps getting better with every update, but sometimes it lags or just randomly quits working. When it does work I can pay my light bill and see how much electricity I've used. I also can see if there are outages, and I like that I can use my fingerprint or face to open the app which makes it convenient, download this app if your provider is Georgia Power

There is such constant change in your website the past 18 +/- months, I have a hard time getting around your site. I know you are working at improving and that's a strong positive. I want to say the Daily Usage notices make a massive difference to me... I can make adjustments plus I can be prepared for what my monthly bill will be

Takes you through hell trying to pay and the automated system hangs up on you. Why does it matter how many times you use your debit card to pay your bill. The website really needs updating

The App is fine in all aspects EXCEPT the password block on the login page. Its technically called 'username' by web page script. So any vault or password manager cannot automatically fill in your password since there are 2 'username' bocks and always put your email in the password block (covered up). You have to copy and paste your password every time. Very frustrating when you use unique passwords and want to just pay your bill and cannot log in because your password is incorrect!
