★★★★★ The app works great. Which is expected from a big company. The company itself has a weird method of charging you and essentially scams you, so double-check your bill

★★☆☆☆ There are months they charge 2 or 3 times what they charged in previous years for the same kwh use and daily temperature. There is no reason that my bill should have gone from $81 to over $480 within 2 years. There have also been times that they skipped billing for a month, so you owe for both months when they send another bill. A wire was around my mailbox and power was out. I called and they never came to check it. Snow plow got caught on wire and ripped down mailboxes.

★★☆☆☆ Completely locked me out, and I can't pay my bill

★★☆☆☆ The app is fine but the posting of what your bill never coincides with what the company sends as a bill. Clearly they still have 1980’s style billing
