I had a tree fall on the power lines next to my house and I contacted NYSE...they were out here within hours to fix it, and I was only without power for a few hours. Plus they found another downed power line in my woods and fixed it too. Thank you!

Haven't had a single issue with the app so far, and it's made paying my bill so simple I sometimes forget I even paid it for the month. Very easy to look it back up and see that I made the payment though.

Does not reflect actual current billing. In NYSE fashion always trying to double charge for current due date, while applying next month's bill to current billing due date. If one doesn't call NYSE to call them out on the double charge they will claim the double charge as a missed payment and charge the late fee. Then give you the run around and tell you it's your fault. It takes hours of arguing to get it corrected. Then they act like they did you a favor for correcting their mistakes

The app does not work properly. It does not allow me to pay my bill. I shouldn't be surprised given that NYSEG is run by greedy soulless monsters who charge outrageous rates that are crippling NY residents.

New "improved" app sucks! Log info is now "incorrect". Tried with account number and still they say it's wrong. Can't change any credentials to log in. Tried uninstalling the app, reinstalling, but nope. Now I'm locked out from retrying. Can't reach a person on a weekend. Can't reach a person after 7pm weekdays. Now payment is late. The previous app version was much better.
