Works great 95% of the time and if isn't they fix it pretty quick. It'd be nice to see farther back then 1 year for energy history to be able to compare a little easier if the all "energy savings" are really adding up.

This company is the absolute worst. They didn't read my meter for over a year and slapped me with a $2000 bill while shrugging and saying that I'm responsible for that payment. App barely works, so I have gone online to make payments and spend hours on the phone trying to find out what was going on. I would jump at any other company that wants to provide me with electricity but unfortunately there are no other options in my area.
