I think JEA needs to put a separate water line in for Jessica Brown making her pay half of the water 💧 they used, and the bill is in Mitchell Brown name as it should be in Arthur R Duncan name cents it's been paid by Arthur R Duncan for lasts 10 years thank you

I want to put five stars, but it's hard when I made a payment and took a screenshot of my payment my balance didn't go through on your end for some reason it really just didn't make me comfortable. When I tried to prove that I paid my balance via screenshots that I took I was unable to send the screenshots proof over the app. I sent proof via email of my confirmation# and two emails, and I was consistently told that a payment wasn't reflected. Also my recent bill isn't showing only my first one

I'm not sure how to rate JEA. I've never felt as though I've been "helped" with any issues I've had except LIH EAP assistance. However, that said I'm finding a discrepancy in my billing that I cannot figure out. I'm an educated man, yet the billing details are not user-friendly. I have a feeling the majority of customers out there cannot clearly read their billing breakdown. It is not clear-cut. The line items are not clearly defined beyond the elc/wtr/swr line items.

JEA Is robbing us, they are the biggest Ponzi scheme I've ever seen it's not fair to the city of Jacksonville, all of Jacksonville is going on strike no one's going to pay their power bill jea will cut your power off over 1 cent they are not here for the people they are theifs

It's still showing me as passed due, when I am not. It sees my last payment, but thinks I am delinquent.

My usage is horrible! Used to get daily accumulative electric readings. Now the readings are daily only and the readings are off. Totally useless. Bring back the old utility tracker!!
