My usage is horrible! Used to get daily accumulative electric readings. Now the readings are daily only and the readings are off. Totally useless. Bring back the old utility tracker!!

Misleading amounts shown. Yesterday it told me I owed $107 & was passed due (I was not). I made a payment & paid the $2 service fee. Today there is a bill showing $143 minus my $107 payment. Why is it saying we're passed due & have something due when we do not? If is going to show the next month's amount, why is it not showing the correct amount?

I'm not sure how to rate JEA. I've never felt as though I've been "helped" with any issues I've had except LIH EAP assistance. However, that said I'm finding a discrepancy in my billing that I cannot figure out. I'm an educated man, yet the billing details are not user-friendly. I have a feeling the majority of customers out there cannot clearly read their billing breakdown. It is not clear-cut. The line items are not clearly defined beyond the elc/wtr/swr line items.

It's still showing me as passed due, when I am not. It sees my last payment, but thinks I am delinquent.
