Why 5 stars? Because I think that most of the complaints here are because customers are downloading the wrong app like I did. Unless you're on a pre-paid plan, you need the My JEA app and NOT this one. I thought that this app was for regular post-paid customers, and I had issues like everyone else here until I realized that this app wasn't for those with postpaid accounts.

Why doesn't your JEA Byway app use the same Username login as your desktop/laptop website login? The website is not an email address, but a username that I've been using for many years.
