★★★★★ App works well for my Rheem heat pump hot water heater. I do have a minor annoyance though. It loves to tell me my energy usage and saving but nowhere does it allow me to program in how much my energy usage costs, so it can calculate that automatically. It's so obvious that people would want to see that.

★★☆☆☆ I purchased a Rheem specifically for Wi-Fi connectivity... only to receive the message the Eco net app is not compatible with... my ANDROID v12 OS?!?!? Seriously?

★★☆☆☆ Followed the instructions of the app, pressed the water heater Wi-Fi button, turned off mobile data on the phone, but the all couldn't connect to the water heater. The spinner keeps going and nothing happens.

★★☆☆☆ App still has major defects. When I update the temperature or change modes, the thermostat never updates.
