Easy to set up, simple to use. We appreciate being able to change and monitor settings while we are away from the house. Having the local weather and indoor settings display when we walk passed the thermostat is also a function we appreciate. That it integrates with our current smart home (Nest)system is also a major advantage.

Excellent, fully featured, and functional app. Enables remote access, and an "Away" setting for extended absence, relative to the Lennox S40 communicating thermostat provided you have enabled from thermostat setting for compatible Lennox HVAC system. The problem with the many reviews is that they do not identify model of thermostat and more particularly the related HVAC model to identify communication compatibility. I wonder if we are reviewing the same equipment configuration.

If you have more than one HVAC unit on your Home profile be aware of the Group ID conflict on the Lennox S40 Stat. If they both have the same Group ID they will try to control each other. Put each one on different Group ID numbers and they will behave normally. It is a deep setting. Google it. Otherwise, I like the app.

Zero stars would be a better rating. Lennox is constantly 'upgrading' their app to a new app. As a result, my 92+ year-old mother is unable to use it because it requests that you log back in each freaking time. Hey Lennox, take a hint: just update your existing app so that elderly folks who are NOT tech-savvy don't have to go bonkers trying to find their login info each time. I can't wait for my next visit in 3 days, so I can rip that thermostat off the wall and replace it with a Sensi one.

A Location permission notice was sent to my cell phone by Lennox that locks up the entire app. The app is now useless.

Splash screen blocks any attempt to use the app! WITH THE" LOCATION PERMISSION NOTICE STUCK ON THE SCREEN....APP IS UNUSABLE!!!!
