My rheem heat pump water heater come to my new manufactured home. Schult homes by Clayton. 1st 1-1/2 years I was very happy with the operation and performance of the water heater. Very economical to operate. Provided adequate hot water for 2 ppl. This past winter was much colder / snowier. Heat pump operation only runs for 5 minutes then error. Good customer service from Rheem, but LONG WAIT times. Clayton installed incorrectly. They are sending ppl to correct. Hopefully soon. App works good.

I wish that the schedule feature on this app would allow users to turn the temperature down below 60 degrees (off) during hours when hot water is not needed. Since I run my home on solar and batteries, I don't want the water heater running after 8:00 pm, and I don't want it to come back on until I start getting sufficient generation in the morning. Please modify the app to allow lower temperatures to be set in the schedule.

The thermostat would not connect to the app, which made the whole thing completely useless. Eco bee is seamless, so I'll be switching back to that.

Doesn't work at all. Rheem cant say what the fix is or when. Hot water heater is stuck in a schedule that sucks and rheem can't tell me how to stop it. Almost like a bait and switch product. Far from being smart

Useless app. Disconnects from Wi-Fi to ID said Wi-Fi, and if your water heater is in the basement like most people, you're not getting much of a 4G/5G external signal.
