My rheem heat pump water heater come to my new manufactured home. Schult homes by Clayton. 1st 1-1/2 years I was very happy with the operation and performance of the water heater. Very economical to operate. Provided adequate hot water for 2 ppl. This past winter was much colder / snowier. Heat pump operation only runs for 5 minutes then error. Good customer service from Rheem, but LONG WAIT times. Clayton installed incorrectly. They are sending ppl to correct. Hopefully soon. App works good.

Works but doesn't provide full temperature control. Heater will go up to 150f but the app only goes to 140f add a disclaimer or whatever you need but the fact it won't allow me to schedule the heater to the temp I want is disappointing.

Doesn't work at all. Rheem cant say what the fix is or when. Hot water heater is stuck in a schedule that sucks and rheem can't tell me how to stop it. Almost like a bait and switch product. Far from being smart

Terrible app! App does not communicate with thermostat. Tried different Wi-Fi access points, tried different phone Samsung S23, S26, uninstalled/reinstalled the app, yet still the app will not change thermostat settings. If I change at the thermostat and restart the app then the changes appear in the app. Interesting enough I can change the temperature settings via alexa. Sorry that I chose a Rheem system. BTW support was absolute worthless, still waiting for a callback.

Doesn't work. Changed our internet setup, now we can't get the app to connect to the water heater.
