The Wi-Fi doesn't work at all. I am returning the AC and I have just purchased LG AC! Works better, it is silent and energy efficient and similar price! Don't buy friedrich AC!

The app does not work on android. Luckily, I have an iPhone for work, which, I had to load the "old" app on. I spent almost a grand on one portable AC, and they can't get the Android application to work? I have two of these units and won't ever buy from this company again.

Worst experience so far. Unit will not connect to Friedrichlink app. Put in help desk ticket 3 weeks ago, and literally have not heard anything from them. They have no idea how to fix connections issue. F- and would never advise anyone to buy these products. They really need to figure out the app/connections issues ASAP for folks that need remote access to their units. Unit is 2 years old.
