I would like to see more options like reset settings or economy mode features in the app. Otherwise it does provide basic functionality as well as timers etc. and seems to be stable.

App always fails to set the timer. Controls are not sync and are not responsive. Customer service is almost non-existent.

Initially working, it was okay to set up but the server keeps getting disconnected on the air cloud side. The aircon will disconnect from the air cloud server, and then it is unavailable in my home systems. Now when I try to reset it up, it says the air cloud servers are temporarily unavailable

The having low number of features instead of remote even the accuracy of remote is way better the. Remote for vents direction selection please upgrade hitachi air app I total disappointed by this app even service is not good in my area

Timer is defect, for example tray to set timer to start in 22:00 and finish in 03:00 is not possible because you can't set end time lower that start time??? Also, weekly timer is defected. Not possible to start and finish when you want, end time for Monday is beginning time on Tuesday.... crazy 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 now is 2026 still timer defect
