The app was a wee bit tricky to connect to my wi-fi however after I temporarily disabled all but the 2.4hz band I was then able to easily connect the indoor units to my wi-fi. Apart from being able to remotely control the heating in my home the app shows how much energy the units are using which is useful information. I like the app.

This app is not getting connected to my Wi-Fi.... not at alll the worst app... paid extra for Wi-Fi model of hitachi... but not worth it

2 schedule options: Weekly schedule - can start air conditioner but not stop it. What is the point than? One-time schedule - You can schedule start/stop but only for today (what??). App is slow and buggy, which for huge company like Hitachi is a shame. Big potential. Incredibly bad execution. I never even use it even if it would help alot, but there is no sense in using it.

Timer is defect, for example tray to set timer to start in 22:00 and finish in 03:00 is not possible because you can't set end time lower that start time??? Also, weekly timer is defected. Not possible to start and finish when you want, end time for Monday is beginning time on Tuesday.... crazy 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 now is 2026 still timer defect
