With airCloud Go app (1), you can access your Hitachi air conditioner from anywhere & anytime. Enjoy more comfort, save more energy!
(PRE-REQUIREMENTS)
Make sure that your Hitachi air conditioner model is compatible with airCloud Go and that you have a wifi network available. Some Hitachi air conditioner models require the installation of an airCloud Adapter.(2)
ENHANCED INDOOR COMFORT
You can adjust the air conditioner’s set temperature, operation mode (cooling, heating, fan, dry or auto (3)), air flow direction and fan speed.
SMART-FENCE
You can link the AC operation to your location. When a user is arriving and enters the pre-set perimeter, the air conditioner automatically turns on to create a welcoming atmosphere. When users exit the perimeter, air conditioners turn off or adopt an energy-saving temperature.
TIMER AND SCHEDULE
For all your daily routines or business hours, program the AC to reflect your lifestyle.

This extensive feature includes AC operation and consumption tracking, monthly/weekly/daily comparison, and a smart budget management tool.

Works well on the local network, has a problem connecting sometimes, makes operating the AC very easy, local weather info is not at my location but somewhere else with the same postcode, can't reset filter light with app you need to use the remote, I wouldn't be without the app.

I would like to see more options like reset settings or economy mode features in the app. Otherwise it does provide basic functionality as well as timers etc. and seems to be stable.

This app is not getting connected to my Wi-Fi.... not at alll the worst app... paid extra for Wi-Fi model of hitachi... but not worth it

Timer is defect, for example tray to set timer to start in 22:00 and finish in 03:00 is not possible because you can't set end time lower that start time??? Also, weekly timer is defected. Not possible to start and finish when you want, end time for Monday is beginning time on Tuesday.... crazy 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 now is 2026 still timer defect

I can't use the Wi-Fi feature any more than my split system Air-conditioning went into demo mode That's the reason for the low rating
