Love the air conditioner it works great! The only thing I'm having difficulty with is getting the AC to find my Google hub and for it to stay in on mode once I hooked it up to Google Hub it keeps wanting to turn off my AC or unconnected it from the Google hub. I'm sure I will figure it out, but other than that it cools a lot better than the one we replaced it with, it's a bit quieter, and we were able to turn it up six degrees higher than we used to have the old one set at, and it cools it perfect

I have had nothing but problems with my window unit since I purchased it. First, the remote went out. Toshiba sent me a new one; the new one never worked. I was too busy caring for my dying husband to follow up on getting another one or have them come look at my unit. Now, the until won't respond to my remote access on my phone. I would have been better off buying the cheaper unit from Walmart as the very features that prompted me to buy it isn't working. I am beyond disappointed.

Very poorly designed UI and completely unnecessary settings and menus to open and enable that overly makes it complicated for such an easy straight forward operation... with the temperature on some sliders arc with the number degrees in the middle, but you can't enter the number you have to tap the arrows up and down next to them when your limited to the degrees between 60° and 86° though if you choose 60 degrees the units is not designed to go that low it's lowest setting is actually at 62°
