Great AC for the master bedroom. Has neat functions like indoor/outdoor temp indicator, fully remote via the app etc. We have a daily free power window, so we preset our AC to run during these times - all via the app.

I bought a 1.5 ton AC and booked it for service after 10 months, then I was told that it will be done in 24 hours, today it has been 15 days and till now no one has come for AC service. Hence, it is requested to everyone not to buy AC or any product of this company, which company can service on time, why buy the item of such a company, very bad carrier company

Schedules do not work on Android 15. The application has settings and modes are empty, so basically it do not allow creating an entry with heat or cool (or other modes) since they are no modes available in the UI.

I will give just zero stars when it was option in my office many AC are there for 11 years his I want to download many remote apps because of that may I have and best universal remote you can suggest on my command and want to be a great usable for 11 AC and 12 conditioners in my office is located

The scheduler and cost is what sold us on the product. The scheduler does not work though and attempts to get help are ignored.

Fix the bug on your scheduling feature. I set the schedule at 5am to turn off the ac. suddenly, the settings disappeared but the command was saved in the unit. Now every 5am the unit turn-off itself and I cant control it anymore.5
