I wasn't happy that they raised the amount of points needed, but I am definitely giving it the five stars because I wrote to them with a concern that I could not seem to click on an option for which gift card I wanted, and they were very quick to resolve the problem, and I did successfully get my digital gift card. Thanks receipt pal for helping me.

They say they're a receipt app, but they're not a true receipt app because they have a limit on how many receipts you can submit for the same retailer in the same day. That's not being a true receipt app. So if you submit more than five receipts for the same retailer in a 24-hour period they will temporarily lock you out until you contact them and then if you do it again they will lock you out permanently so to me this is not a true receipt app since they have a limit as to how many can be submit

Receipt pal, you need to assist. I loved this app. Have been using for years. Started playing games through the app at your suggestion. I earned thousands of points. I've cashed out multiple cards that I have not received. Receipt Pal says it's the third party vendor. They say it's you. I'm owed at least 250.00 in gift cards for over a month with no resolution. I'll increase my stars again if you resolve this issue

Beware: Can't redeem rewards! Google should reject this app on their platform, too many complaints. I've been contacting app since 6/8/26. They say it's been resolved, however, still can't redeem. You need 750 receipts for a $5 gift card. I'm redeeming then deleting this app. It isn't worth it. They used a bot to determine if receipts are legitimate and the bot can't read. It's continuously rejecting legitimate receipts. Contacting support is worthless.
