I like Receipt Hog. It's an easy way to make extra cash. You're not going to pay your rent or get rich scanning receipts, and it takes awhile to get enough points to get $15. But I just keep scanning them and not looking at my total. I look at the total once every 3 months. I've been scanning about 5 months and I just cashed in a $15 card. I haven't got it yet but when I do ill update how easy or hard it is to use. And the only choice is a visa gift card. I hope I can tap and pay

After using the app for a few months, ill say. It takes no time to reach your first 5.00 reward. HOWEVER, the next level is worth 15.00 let me tell you, it's been a struggle to get there, receipts take days to process & or they claim it to be an old receipt when in fact it is not. I have been sitting at 113 points until my next cash out & the app is stalling to give me my next level payout. All honesty don't waist your time downloading or using the app, it's not worth the data they are collectin

Difficult. Uploaded my Walmart receipt multiple time, they said they can't read it, but have all the information clear as day. Also, it won't take online receipts even if they qualify. Do not waste your time. FRUSTRATING

Great App, secure and easy to use. Update: I’ve had this app for a while. It used to be fun and served its purpose, but not anymore. Things have changed: they limit the number of receipts and give very few coins considering the long wait times. Plus, the roulette game is useless; after spending months collecting tickets, you use them up and—of course—get nothing or next to nothing in return. What’s the point of saving receipts if you don't want to pay out? I plan to switch to a different app BYE
