For the last 2 weeks every time I scan a receipt it says there is an internal issue I'm losing lots of points. Went through 30 receipts and only 2 went through. I tried res canning the others and said they could not be res canned please fix the issue.

I do not recommend this app. I redeemed my points for an Amazon gift card, but after three days my request was denied. They never refunded my points. I contacted support using the email provided in the app, but I never received a reply. It's been over a month, and my points are still gone. This app is just a waste of time.

I really want to continue use and get rewards from this app. But my goodness, most of the time the "linking", of accounts for major retailers and even email has been giving me nothing but trouble. I've reached out their support team, but they're essentially non-existent. Asked me for a video recording of what I'm experiencing, even though I provided full detail of my issues experienced. 👎
