Works pretty well. Setup was straightforward, and I like being able to schedule and turn on my split systems remotely. Wish the app had a better name. Something with air con or split system in it, so I can search for it in my app list rather than trying to remember generic generic. Not being to toggle the LED on the app is super annoying as well. Happy overall though

I have a brand new West point Air conditioner unit installed today. I was hesitant on trying the smart control feature but I tried it, and I was very pleasantly surprised by how usable the app is and so far I haven't run into issues so far. It just works and I LOVE IT. Now I can control my AC no matter where I am in the world. Even using my mobile data, it still works, and it works directly into google home. Very pleased so far 😄💙

Why there is still no feature like Google Nest where I can set a range of temperatures that only turns on heating or cooling when it's above or below a temperature. Also you can not set a schedule for furnace heating! Please fix it!!

Overly intrusive. Why does this app need all those permissions to start stop my ac. shame! Suddenly stopped working, not connecting to my local A/C, using my local network, on my local app. Keeps crashing, disconnecting and outright freezing. And above all, u HAVE to create an account and login to use all the feature of THE DEVICE I PAID FOR. Cuz the remote DOES NOT give u all the features.
