You should consider adding dark mode to the software, as it's annoying to stare at in the night. And option to save profiles where we can switch to certain manual settings with a single click. Also a way yo show exact power consumption and last but not least, voice command setup should be easier.

I wish I could see energy consumption in this app. Other features are good. My only frustration is it gets offline from time to time. It wasn't like this at the beginning.

Easy to use, however setting made in battery use modes are over ride by the grid, and they upload your stored power even if low. Quite disgusting considering we are in winter and sun is clouded. This forces us to pay to top up @ 3 x the rate we sell to the grid. Its almost EXTORTION

The application gives a chain of errors. The messages "B192: Request failed, please check you network and retry later" or "The current network is unstable. Please check your mobile network" appears continuously, even when I'm on 2.4 GHz. The application is not properly optimized for new phones. It refuses to store the device in the account. A poorly written software. Don't bother. Use your remote.

Suddenly stopped working, not connecting to my local A/C, using my local network, on my local app. Keeps crashing, disconnecting and outright freezing. And above all, u HAVE to create an account and login to use all the feature of THE DEVICE I PAID FOR. Cuz the remote DOES NOT give u all the features.

ONE BIG ISSUE IS THAT SCHEDULES WILL RUIN YOUR AC FOREVER. I created a schedule and then turned it off and deleted the schedule BUT for some reason the aircon still keeps on following the old schedule I deleted. This has happened for almost a year already and there seems to be no fix.
