Works fine for my Mitsubishi Zuba (cold climate) heat pump. I like being able to monitor and control the heat pump remotely when away from home. It's much easier to set schedules than via the Mitsubishi thermostat, but is missing many of the features in leading smart thermostats. The biggest missing feature is the ability to download data for further analysis and archiving.

Air zone works perfectly with HVAC Fujitsu. It is the best complement for temperature control.

Terrible system: if you use programs and manual mode on your zones, they change temperature randomly with no other interaction with them and support is not able to solve. Sometimes firmware updates released unintentionally (do not update), with then the previous firmware version released back not possible to install because version number after already installed. Those suspicious wrong firmware updates seem also to break air closing and opening engines in the system (so you have to replace them)

Smart home app is under maintenance at night! What does even mean??? - "Turn on my AC", - Sorry, under maintenance, go and do it manually! App description says: "Control your HVAC system from any place, at any time thanks to Air zone Cloud." "Any time" - LoL

Please add feature to save seasonal schedules and do not release firmware updates that introduce bugs on schedules working or that random change temperature manually sat on other thermostats without schedules on them, as starting from firmware 4.09 (not solved with 4.10)

This device is not allowing my heat pump to resume its previous setting after a power outage. Without the Air zone device plugged into my heat pump everything works fine. This app needs a setting that offers an option to resume the last known program that was running.
