Controls the filter perfectly, but when it comes to providing information, it lacks. For resetting the filter life light all it says is press the light. You have to press and hold for more than 5 seconds. After reading some reviews I have to wonder if my app is broken because in 14 months of owning the product/app I haven't had any adds pop up or Wi-Fi disconnects. I didn't even get a notification that the filter needed replacing. I'll consider myself lucky.

App works well with Win ix C640 & C545. Easy set up on C640, more difficult on a reconditioned C545 but got it connected after a phone restart. Using off grid very & Wi-Fi on but power off = .07 watts. App installed = 96 MB but 102 MB of User Data! Why so much user data for just 2 air purifiers? Force Close app when not using purifiers for wildfire smoke.

App works well, controls my filters easily, and shows all the relevant information at a glance. I haven't experienced any app crashes or other problems. It could use a few small usability changes, in my opinion. I'd like the option to see raw data about air quality from the filter's sensors, instead of the oversimplified view.

Pretty good but there are some features it desperately needs. I should be able to modify auto mode on my own to how I want it to react to a particular environment. There also needs to be a way for me to turn off night mode, so I can use auto mode in a dark room when I'm sleeping. I should also be able to keep my fan speed while turning on night mode, so I can turn the lights off while I'm trying to sleep.

Missing Custom Room Names / "Master Room" The app currently forces a strict list of preset rooms with only one generic "Bed Room." Most homes have multiple bedrooms, making this useless for organizing multiple air purifiers. Please update the app to allow custom room names (or at least add "Master Bedroom", "Guest Bedroom", and "Bedroom 1, 2, 3..." to the presets).

Disconnects from Wi-Fi, loses schedule. Air purifier is fine, app is terrible. Update: trying to change Wi-Fi with a new ISP is virtually impossible. Had to delete the unit and re-setup from scratch. Unfortunately have a large supply of filters or would just give up and trash it. Still feel the Win ix app and connectivity is the worst of my smart apps and appliances.

This app constantly logs me out, disconnects from Google Home, and just overall causes a lot of frustration. It's at the point where I'm contemplating uninstalling it because I just manually control the air purifier, so there isn't much point in the app.

Update Failures - Unresponsive customer service. Update forces reset and no longer connects. I will no longer update. Poor design - BEWARE.
