Oh my goodness! I was not aware of the new app. The previous app was quite basic, but this one is wonderfully smooth and easy to use. Connecting my A3 was effortless. I am very pleased with it. Thank you for the update; however, perhaps you could send an email notification to all users about the new app, as I was unaware of its existence until now.

Works decently well, though sometimes my A2 takes a minute to respond. Not too different from the old app, but scheduling got some QOL improvements. Would give 5 stars if it had my most desired features: min/max fan speeds and minimum response duration for Auto mode. Arguably the best feature of the filter and there's no way to tailor how it works to my needs :(

Edit: Contacted customer service, and they fixed the problem below almost immediately. Got the air filter connected to my Wi-Fi and all is good. The app gives me a PIN error as soon as I try to use it. Dead in the water before I can even get started. Makes me nauseous thinking how much I paid for the filter. I uninstalled the app, restarted my phone, reinstalled the app. Same problem.

Huge Improvement over the original app. Love the new layout and scheduler. There seem to be a few quirks trying to schedule between two days (e.g. 8pm one evening until 5:30am the following day; trying to start a schedule at 12am always defaults to 12:01am). If this can be fixed this app will be fantastic!

Negative stars. Don't have Wi-Fi, and it won't let me connect via Bluetooth to view locally like the old app.

I had 3 Rabbit Air purifiers set up, but after switching from our apartment’s internet to our own router, 2 of them won’t reconnect. The only one that does won’t reset the filter no matter how many times I try. After 30+ minutes I finally got a “local connect” option, but it still doesn’t work. For the cost of these units, the connection and app reliability are really disappointing.

So for some reason it disconnected from the app. I keep trying to reinstall, and it won't, I keep getting error 04_NaClO.
