We have three Air Pros located in two different locations. The ability to remotely monitor both the indoor and outdoor air quality was extremely helpful when we were evacuated due to the recent fires in Southern California. The ability to make sure our indoor air quality was safe before moving back in was very comforting. Setup was extremely easy, and we have had no problems with any of the purifiers or the app.

I bought a Molecule air purifier during wildfire season while I was pregnant because smoke still got inside even with the windows closed, and I felt like I was suffocating. Three years later, pregnant again, I had an issue. Even out of warranty, they offered a refurbished unit for $150. I love the app control, air quality breakdown, and helpful tips. Plus, it looks great at home.

Absolutely the worst app based on all rhe reviews. Same problem as everyone else. Device will not connect to the app. Jumped through all the hoops and still nothing. So if you are buying a molecule air purifier because it is app enabled don't.

Incredibly slow, difficult to use. I bought my purifiers 3 years ago and had such a bad experience using the app then that I waited until now to retry hoping updates had fixed the usability issues. Nope. It took over a half hour to connect 1 purifier, had to reconnect many times, reentering the Wi-Fi password multiple time, for each purifier and with 2-10 minutes connection loading screen every time. The main screen of the app now shows the device but just loading on the details. I give up.
