Love these filters. The app makes it easy to remember when I need to change the filter and just how much of the filter is left. I Wish they were easier to find. They are so difficult to find, I have to purchase several of them at a time. That's not real easy on the wallet.

I have a new Purple Air Air Quality sensor that is connected to my Wi-Fi and is on the Purple Air map. It kept disappearing from the Filtrate app. One call with customer service had the API issue fixed in under 2 hours!!! 5 star - A+ service!

When it works properly, it is useful as a reminder to change your filter. Mostly, it just promotes Filtrate products. Also, the "smart filters" aren't worth the extra expense.
