So easy to install the app and the filter. And I don't have to keep track of the filter. It lets me know when to change it

Quite suspicious. Should one expect the remaining life to drop even when the furnace is off? I installed the filter on the 28th, let the AC run for only 2 hours, and then turned off the central air for 4 days. I turned things back on today, and it shows 95% remaining life. From at most 6hrs of runtime (fan cycles on and off). But 5% is right on track for 90 days if the "sensor" is just a calendar timer like on fridge filters...

The app is horrible. I buy filtrate filters (not smart ones) and use the app to notify me when I need to change my filters. I never receive notifications even though notifications are enabled on my phone for this reason. Will start relying on my calendar instead of this app.

don't waste your time the app only will be good for a so-called smart filter n0t the air purifier that I bought that on the box says it connects to Wi-Fi and work with Alexa this is false they are stoping that In 3 months and no longer support it and discontinued this and have it so they won't connect even tho the product can. So you can't use it, and you spend that money on a product that's just a basic air purifier. Get a nother brand that does those features.
