Works but very clunky Says it's compatible with Alexa but won't sync I called Blue link today and the technician was very helpful. It's now syncing with Alexa. The website is still clunky. But I can live with that

UI is clunky, forced landscape, buggy, slow. And overall inconvenient. Only works on 2.4GHz Wi-Fi. And it works slowly on it. I use it because I have no other choice.

Compared to Eco bee this is glitchy, slow and cumbersome with much more limited programming options. The app requires log in every time you use it. Any time you make any changes to the settings or temperature control the app is very slow to sync up with the thermostat. More than half the time the sync fails, and you have to do it again. It's usually easier and faster to go all the way downstairs to change the thermostat manually.
