Switched back to this app after using the Resideo app for 2 years because resideo quit working. This app just works (whereas Resideo constantly says my thermostat is "offline"). Only giving 4 stars because it doesn't let me control the fan on my Honeywell rth6580wf, but it does let me adjust the temp, and that is better than nothing!

We use this at our second home, and I love it! The house is always the perfect temperature when we get there! No worrying about forgetting to raise/lower the temp when we leave.

Worst app ever. Couldn't get to anything I wanted to do. Was trying to allow Alexa to connect to it, but it was having none of that. I was controlling it with Google, but I'm switching to Alexa, so if I can't control it with my Alexa devices, I'm sending them all back. It's my way, or the highway

It just feels cheap and messy. Plus, the app is for a Honeywell thermostat but the icon is 72 - doesn't seem very professional for such a large company. And, I'm Canadian - we use Celsius. Plus, why are screenshots not allowed !?!?

The formatting now makes it impossible to press the down arrow on temp settings and is forced into landscape mode. This was a bad update.

For some reason the app will now only display in landscape mode, and I can't get to an option to take any thermostat out of hold mode back to schedule mode. Useless to me now. Update: 1/15/2019 Called the number than given by John to try to get assistance. Of course, there are no options for assistance with the app and the people I'm dealing with have no concept, or it's not in their script as to who to connect me to.
