Honeywell’s Total Connect Comfort works with Honeywell Wi-Fi Thermostats and with Prestige®, Prestige® IAQ, Wireless FocusPRO® and EConnect™ Comfort Systems when used in conjunction with Honeywell’s Internet Gateway.

For some reason the app will now only display in landscape mode, and I can't get to an option to take any thermostat out of hold mode back to schedule mode. Useless to me now. Update: 1/15/2019 Called the number than given by John to try to get assistance. Of course, there are no options for assistance with the app and the people I'm dealing with have no concept, or it's not in their script as to who to connect me to. Worst app ever. Couldn't get to anything I wanted to do. Was trying to allow Alexa to connect to it, but it was having none of that. I was controlling it with Google, but I'm switching to Alexa, so if I can't control it with my Alexa devices, I'm sending them all back. It's my way, or the highway

Resideo app is the most useless garbage! Wasted much of my day on what should be a five-minute job registering my t-stat! Unfortunate that Honeywell has chosen such a poor company to manage their products. My t-stat worked fine for years until I upgraded to a better router. Now I have wasted way too much time attempting to re-connect my Android phones to my t-stat!!!!!! Even the app is garbage! Can't get it to work properly either!!!
