I can no longer see humidity in the app after an update. I update the ISU advanced settings to show humidity on the device during idle and active screens. Still nothing. Pretty annoying

So far so good with this app for my new home thermostat. I'm still learning it. The outside temperature source is from AccuWeather which is terrible. The temperature is not correct for my location. I never heard anything good about AccuWeather. It'd be nice if we could get a list of other weather sources to choose from.

Works great! Enables control of my thermostat from remote locations using my phone. Great product!!

It's a great app, with 1 BIG caveat. Please for the love of God, let us change the order of the devices on the dashboard! I use this app to manage newly installed Wi-Fi thermostats for my church, of which we have 13 thermostats across 2 buildings, but the order I installed them in is the permanent order. It's a nightmare with a simple fix, a simple drag and drop feature to re-order the dashboard! Thank you.

a bit difficult to link older t5 thermostat but support staff on chat fixed the problem

OMG!!! I just wanted to learn if this thermostat had the specific features I wanted. The description provided to Home Depot (though lengthy) was wanting. Hmm, download the manual? Ok, still no specifis as it points you to the app. Download the app? Ok! But upon launch I am informed I need a new and different app (not a simple update) ok! So now there are two Resideo apps on my phone. Still can't learn if this product meets my needs as the app can't find a thermostat...duh! Oh, and did I mention t

Run away! I have 3 Google Nest Smoke Alarms and they work wonderfully. I finished my basement so I needed additional ones. They don't make them anymore, so I was referred to Resideo as they supposed to be their replacement. These things are awful. So many false alarms from my new Resideo First Alert alarms, while my Google Nests still work fine. They are all hardwired and interconnected. These 4 alarms are garbage. I now question whether they'd actually event alert if there was a real fire.

Apparently this app doesn't update with all the other apps automatically. I opened the app after not checking for a few weeks, and I wasn't signed in then it called for an update. The update was just to include a notice the app would be renamed to some silly Resideo name soon. Apparently my First Alert CO and Smoke alarms now can't use an app called First Alert and have to use some Arizona dust bowl fungus rat company name.
