For the most part, it does what it claims to do. What I love best is my ability to arm or disarm remotely or check its status.

I have only been a customer of Bay Alarm for a few months, but I am very pleased with it. Customer support has been very helpful and responsive, and I LOVE the ease and flexibility of the app to control the control pad. I rarely use the control pad as the app is so comprehensive. It has been terrific so far.

This app works flawlessly for me. I recently upgraded from a Galaxy Note Edge (basically a Note 4) running lollipop to a Galaxy Note 9 running Pie. On both phones, the application worked without any incidents. The hardest thing was resetting the password. I had to call my alarm company to do that. If I had to gripe about something, maybe how the text alert is nested under email. I had to think a little to set up phone alerts the way I expected. Otherwise, easy to use with effective interface.

Password reset workflow is broken and has an endless loop on the "I'm not a robot" checkbox. Frustrating that I got logged out and can't use the app any more because of this broken workflow.

Every time I leave home and then return the app tells me I have exited the area. Completely opposite of what is true. The rest of the app works perfectly well. I thought it would be a perfect reminder if I forgot to set the alarm and just wished it worked that way

Constantly get "taking longer than expected" to log in to the app. Then I can't set the alarm remotely because it's stuck on the animation of trying to set the alarm. Not good for security when you're away.

This app was great before the update. Now I hate it. The information lines on "activity" take up too much space. Why did they change "events" to "activity" anyway? The time bar on the videos won't go down unless you push it down, so you can't see the bottom fourth of the picture. This update must have been made by overpaid software engineers who don't use it and needed to justify their salaries.

This app sucks!! It does what it's supposed to but every time we disarm it
sends us messages saying we've left the geo-fence area...we just got home!!
It even says we've left the geo-fence area when we haven't!?! We used to have
ADT and switched to only save a few dollars...??? Not worth it!
