App continuously crashes when I attempt to arm/disarm my home. The app tells me my system is offline when it really isn't. I always have to open the app 2 times in order to get anything to work, when it does work.

System cameras won't work always OFFLINE. EMC said unplug power and reset. Power is in attic, and I can't walk without assistance. Waste of my money.
