Something very wrong with this app. Keeps telling me username/password is incorrect, but login works on the website.

This app is absolutely horrible. It never loads. When it does, it freezes. It's never accurate, I open it, it shows "armed" even though I know the alarm is not armed. After this latest update I keep getting 49+ notifications from my driveway and front door. It's not like I have any other choice to use it because they've removed keypads. I'm fed up with this app, when are we going to be provided with a legit update that works?

Latest version 4.2.229 fails to allow the alarm to be Activated/Deactivated. The Dashboard within the app remains stuck on "Connecting to System" and only the system keypad is able to access the system. App Cache was cleared with no change to the problem. App Data was cleared then logged back into, but the issue remains same. Please expedite this incident with the Application Development team!
