Alarms, disarms. Motion sensor status. Does what it's supposed to do. Would be nice to get a notification when they alarm goes off

Doesn't connect most of the time to my system. The control tab always tells me my alarm is off even though it gets the signal that it was armed or disarmed and in the events tab, tells me it's armed/ disarmed, means you cant disarm it remotely if a dog walker is coming etc

This app have issues on my tablet, my cell and my wife's cell. Sometimes it takes more than 4 tries to disarm the alarm.

Worked fine for about 1 week. After update, stopped working. When I open the app, the favorites' menu is blank (the ability to view the status of my system and to arm/disarm alarm is not available). It will not allow me to add my system to favorites. Totally useless. Tried Uninstalling, deleting cookies and cache, reinstalling and no luck. No customer support option (Telus).

As other users have mentioned, app crashes so often that it is frustrating to use. For instance, changing password or adding a user and sometimes even setting the alarm/disarming doesn't function properly. Please work with your vendor to offer better experience.
