Service Tech, John #227, is the best tech Slomins has ever sent. There was faulty wiring and a bigger problem than I imagined just to get my outside camera working. John was on time, professional, efficient, and explained in detail everything he had to do to fix the problem. I would request him back if I had another issue; for he was, by far, outstanding.

The system is Great but the Billing process will try and cheat you in my opinion. So beware and save your receipts and don't let anyone pull the wool over your eyes

I wish I could leave negative stars. HORRENDOUS customer service, too big for their own good they don't care about individual homes. Salesman said 1 thing and tech refused to hold the deal. No heat weekends in a row refusing to drop oil, lying about delivery times, AVOID SLOMINS AT ALL COSTS. Heat or Electric spend the extra money to go to a smaller company that is going to treat you like you matter, furnace got, so red-hot almost set a table on fire, and they took 3 days to send someone!!!!!

This is the worst app in the history of apps. It only worked for a week when the system was installed. It doesn't recognize my username or password. So frustrating. I gave up on the app n just use the panel in the house. This app is a joke.

Slomin's has filed 151 lawsuits against their own clients in the first half of 2026 alone. This is not an alarm and security business model. This is a high volume litigation model. You are risking your entire financial well-being by using this company. I'm not saying Slomin's is doing it, but this is 99.999999% of the model alarm companies use to extort their customers. NEVER EVER USE AN ALARM COMPANY WHO SUES THIS MANY OF THEIR CUSTOMERS!!! THIS IS NOT A CUSTOMER SERVICE ISSUE!!!
