I have a Slomin's Shield security system which I've had for several years. Overall I'm satisfied with it. Only a couple of times I may have had a small problem. Otherwise, I would recommend them to everyone

Although I like songs they're very nice well protected and it always on your back they always cover your back, but I didn't like it when I got locked out, and I didn't know that my phone my Sloan doors were locked I waited 5 hours they tried to help me get a 76-year-old woman to do and then please have someone on hand $100 this is my bill for Sloan's next time I'll ask for a key it's not their fault it was mine I thought I'd never need one Thank you, Sloan keeps up the good work

I have a Slomin's Shield security system which I've had for several years. Overall I'm satisfied with it. Only a couple of times I may have had a small problem. Otherwise, I would recommend them to almost everyone 11/17/24 So far, I have been happy with Slomin's. This week, I have been having problems with my Front porch camera. It is not recording the porch actions every time. I went in & out my house several times Friday, Saturday & Sunday my Son came in & out. NO RECORDINGS, Why???

Terrible app for Android phone. Worked for 1 day after cameras installed. Now all I get is "network error". Customer Service was no help. App works fine on iphone, iPad, and Samsung tablets. Slomins needs to work on this app and resolve this issue raised by other users. Without a fix this service and app are useless.
