If your panel does not show, and keeps spinning you have to call customer service and reset your login info. They updated the software, and you need to fix it from there end. Mine works now and issue has been corrected. Thank u

The app works good I can arm and disarm my alarm but one thing that would be nice is that there is a panic button inside the app so when your not home and your system is disarmed and someone broke in you can set it off

I had the worst experience with this app it's not the customer fault that you upgrade the system, but I didn't get any notification that I had to reset my username and password, and I call customer service, and I got no help

App still doesn't work. Call customer service as per the error message. Customer service said my alarm wasn't sending them a signal. Sent out a Tech That fixed the problem. The app worked while he was here and a few times after. Now it's doing the same thing. Call back technical support, and it started working while I was on the phone with her. Today it's not working again. Maybe Slomins needs to fix this app. I see a lot of complaints in the reviews. $52 a month for this?
