If your panel does not show, and keeps spinning you have to call customer service and reset your login info. They updated the software, and you need to fix it from there end. Mine works now and issue has been corrected. Thank u

The app works good I can arm and disarm my alarm but one thing that would be nice is that there is a panic button inside the app so when your not home and your system is disarmed and someone broke in you can set it off

System has to many downtimes Paying for camera never works. Occasionally. Customer service wants tech come out $89. New house all should be good. Tired of calling. Won't sign again. Keep calling can't see my blind dog when out. Been 3 years camera won't work. Customer service Rude camera in my contract must pay for it. Never Again. Will spread the word. Can't wait for contract to end.
