Started getting emails from ADT about a place I moved out of 2 years ago. Called ADT and over a 48-minute call got passed around to 7 different people. Each ADT rep acted like they were putting notes on my account but then put me on hold and some new section picked up with no idea of my issue.

All of a sudden my cameras fail to load. I tried to readd with the QR Code setup is not working when adding a camera, keeps failing to register QR Code. Now I can't see any of my security cameras

The app is not allowing me to type in my username to log in. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app and still can't type it in. When I press one letter, multiple letters pop up. I've restarted my phone and reinstalled the app again and the same thing happens. I'm really not liking this change already. I can see it's going to be problems.

Sensors don't work and batteries drain every month. App constantly states that it cannot connect to unit even inside the house on Wi-Fi at full bars.
