I've liked this App, since, I've gotten it! And, with any Apps, I had troubles with it. But, not much. I'm truly grateful, that I've ADT. There to protect my Family, and me. And, hopefully, I'll continue to used them again. Meanwhile, I can't stand the Update. I usually have the Weather, on it, which'd tell me, about the Temperature, and My Family, and I can be prepared. But, they left that part out, on theirs App! They left this out, on their new updates....

The new app is terrible. Now it doesn't automatically refresh the armed status when you open the app. Please include an option to revert to the old one's layout home screen. The old one was just fine, and it's better to see full images of each camera and just be able to scroll through them on the home screen like it was. I was already considering a new alarm company, if this doesn't change it may push me over to another. A suggestion, beta test your changes with some of your customers.

Now you have updated the App without giving any instructions as to how to use it. ADT is a very customer unfriendly company.

When I arm the night stay EARLY, it DOESN'T STAY ARMED! In morning, says it was not armed! Sometimes I go to bed early and/or late, depending on work schedule.

Good when it works, but it's very unreliable. Right now it's unusable. Saying my system is armed when it is not, so I can't use the app to turn my system on and off. I have to do it manually. Update. They just changed the app in some way that I was logged out. My login information won't work and their tab to send a reset email doesn't work. This app costs money to use. What am I paying for?
