For no reason whatsoever, the app no longer accepts my login credentials even though I haven't changed my password. When I try to select "forgot password," it asks for a username, and then proceeds to tell me that the email address of my account is invalid (this is all I have ever used to log in and was never given any other username). The fact that I am not at home and trying to arm my system but have absolutely no way to do so is infuriating and unacceptable that I will find a new company.
