Great app, but where's support for dark mode? I use the widgets to get a quick status on armed status as well as my door locks. The widgets "hurt" my eyes with their shining white on my phone where everything else is in dark mode.

Technicians I had today was very helpful and considerate. I do have to say that the man who sold me the system told me he was putting a security camera in the shed which I told him not to bother. Gardening tools in there he said it's free, well it was not free, I actually had to pay additional cost for 2 systems for 5 months, and I called verisure, expecting the situation told me to unplug camera, and I would not be charged for it, lol, they charged me for the camera regardless get it in writing

Many good things, but a lot of left to be desired: The widgets tend to not update, there are too few automation options, app is unstable if switching from Wi-Fi to cellular, no warning if alarm is armed when a door is unlocked, some settings take you to a separate webpage and even though I have selected "biometrics" as default, I have to press "use biometrics" every time.

Security Risk You have adress of my property that you are meant to be securing on home page when you open app. If my phone is snatched from my hand while using. Someone will have opened access to deactivate the verisure system, and they will know my full address. Not sensible
