I have been a customer since 1998. This app started well, but then it began to malfunction some years ago. Most of the time I couldn't disconnect the alarm or connect it remotely. And when it worked, it took forever. Useless for me.

The company is good for nothing we are following them since 9 months to start our cctv cameras but nothing happened till date, and they are charging via direct debit

The equipment and service from Poseur suck. My battery ran out within 3 weeks. This is new equipment and Poseur representatives simply blame it on the factory they got the equipment from. Be careful and choose Securitas in Portugal.

I can't paste a password from a password generator. This is awful. I can't select the periodicity how mu password expire.
