I have been a customer since 1998. This app started well, but then it began to malfunction some years ago. Most of the time I couldn't disconnect the alarm or connect it remotely. And when it worked, it took forever. Useless for me.

The company is good for nothing we are following them since 9 months to start our cctv cameras but nothing happened till date, and they are charging via direct debit

Sooooo... the password must be at least TWELVE characters long right. Maybe some hacker can brute force your systems so you did this instead of deactivating accounts on the third try. So insecure then. Also, they must have at least one capital letter, one number, one symbol. All added to the TWELVE characters. Also, you make it expire every now and then. This app imposes impossible to meet password requirements.
