This app is SO cool. Legit, the most handy thing ever! When I'm sweating my butt off in the middle of the night, I just roll over, pull up the app on my phone and turn the temp down. I don't even have to get out of bed! My hubby left the house the other morning and forgot to turn the temp UP (#summer) and he did it in 3 seconds from the app at WORK! In today's economy, having access to adjust the temp of your home from anywhere is GENIUS and will help save you money overtime. 10/10 recommend!

Still no hold xx temp for xyz hrs feature. Title: Brainless AI, Zero Common Sense, and No Basic Data I own both Nest and Ocoee, and Nest is lagging miles behind in basic usability. Google treats this like an AI project rather than a home appliance. If I manually change my temperature from 77 to 74 at 2:55 PM, any device with "machine learning" should have the common sense to realize I want to be cool. Instead, Nest blindly executes a pre-set 3:00 PM schedule cha

Dispite Auto-Schedule being turned off, Google will still change your thermostat as they see fit. The gall of such an invasive feature is despicable but, unfortunately, not surprising. EDIT: The canned response is priceless.

1 star, because Google forces me to use Nest app for older Nest cameras, and use the HORRIFIC Home app for the newer more inferior Google Nest cameras with a worse feature set. This app has so much potential, but for years Google has abandoned improvements that would make it THE leading home security system, and just left it in a fledgling state. It would be nice if they had someone with vision and foresight that would ensure an ecosystem that users love and incorporates all products!
