★★☆☆☆ I like the Nest doorbell for the most part, but there is a lag. I have a Galaxy S20 ultra, 5G or on my home Wi-Fi with 400mbps and no matter what there is a lag. When my kids get home from school they talk to me through the app and when I try to respond they're already talking again because my voice still hadn't come through, and they thought I didn't get the first message. Same thing when I have a delivery person at my door. Been a year and still the same. A lot of room for improvement. 3/5 stars

★★☆☆☆ I had 2 nest IQ outdoor cameras just stop working after a few years and the company's response after them draging out email after email asking me to take pictures and videos then to tell me sorry you just wasted $800plus. DON'T BUY THEIR CAMERAS THEY ARE HORRIBLE........ BUY RING THEY LAST LONGER

★★☆☆☆ The app keeps changing the setting I chose to ECO mode which turns the temp much too low. Frustrating and dangerous.

★★☆☆☆ Loved Thermostat for 1st 2.5 years. Thermostat failed to activate furnace 3 out of 5 of the coldest nights in January, causing house to drop to 55°. After 2 service calls by furnace technician (and $200+ later), it wasn't the furnace. Technician found DOZENS of user complaints on Google Nest Thermostat forum stating same issue. So it's down to a mechanical failure in Nest device, or a failure of software to auto-update to fix a known complaint. Solution was to abandon Nest Thermostat. Sad.

★★☆☆☆ The thermostat socks it does what it wants to do even if instructed have to be there always to turn it to my settings time for non Nest thermostat
