The app is thorough, easily to use, set up is quick, we have had no issues whatsoever. Love being able to set the dashboard to my liking. Camera system is amazing and the notifications can be tailored for our individual needs. We can be hundreds of miles away and still see everything as if we were there. Highly recommend the companies that care enough about their clients to use this app.

Works great so far and is doing everything it needs to do. Disappointing that it doesn't work with Google Home though for its security automation and sky bell doorbell.

Just had our home security system/camera's put in today here in St. Augustine, FL. and my family and I absolutely love it and representive Mrs. Eleanor that came out to our home that we had the consultation with was absolutely awesome in how she explained everything to us and the tech guy John who came today to install the security system did an awesome job too installing it and showing us how it works so a big thanks to them both and to Safe Touch for keeping me and my family safe........

The main feature I want to use on this app is the ability to view my camera remotely. This never works when I'm away from home, only when I'm in my house and Safe Touch has the worst customer service on the planet. The only reason we went with the company was their response time guarantee. We'll just the other day it took the 1.5 to respond to an alarm. I will be looking to switch companies now.

So many wasted alerts for cars sitting in a driveway. Those alerts go against your monthly clip count, and you'll wind up with a week without a working alarm system. Tried to use the known vehicles feature, but it does nothing. This didn't occur a year ago, so I have to question why this bug hasn't been fixed yet.

This app is so horrible. Never wants to show the video. No matter how many times I clear cache and my app is updated. It still says retry. Can't even answer the doorbell without having to open the door.

Recording too short, stops during interaction, frequently receives notice of motion detected, but doesn't record? Big issue, doesn't open automatically when motion detected, person at the door come and gone by the time it opens, doesn't record too far from door, wish I hadn't switched from my old ring doorbell.
