Downloaded app, have had an eyez-on account since 1965... (2011) im not new... The app ask for credentials. Entered credentials... App responds with "WRONG CREDENTIALS" The APP IS WRONG. The credentials are correct. My android phone is acceptable because google says it is. And we all know, google knows everything. And more. So im not too happy with this app. I know it's a good app. The app, has a "tude". HELP !

Great alarm company. The app is a little slow to load but the monitoring fees are very low, and you get to talk to a real person if you need support.

This new version of Quezon Mobile 23/01/2025 is not working. The previous version worked fine. The current version fails to work after you have successfully logged in. The screen goes white with black pix elation at the bottom and the app hangs. Very frustrating. Ted from Quezon has been very helpful in trying to sort out this bug but nothing has helped so far.

Updated app recently, just got white screen. Cleared data and logged in same thing. Uninstalled app now just get spinning orange circle. Went to website, new portal just keeps going back to log in after entering correct credentials. Went to classic portal then could actually get to my account. Something wrong...

The app no longer starts Deleted cache, delete app and rebooted then reinstalled. App still does not launch. Running latest version of Android on a Google Pixel
