Lately the app stoped to informe by sound for arm or disarm status. Thinking that it is my phone's problem, I have the app uninstalled and reinstalled, I reset the device, I changed the device with an alternative, at first, and a new one after. No matter what, the problem is there. Thus, I think that the problem is with the app. Would you be so kind to deal with it? Sunday 10/11/2024. A month has already passed, and I have no respond. This has been an excellent resource for me...until I got a new Samsung Galaxy S25+. I could download the C2G app, but it would no longer load. The online account info seemed to be good. I spent DAYS looking for a solution to the app problem to no avail. I did reach Scott at C2G by email and was going to talk with him tomorrow. Tonight I found an article that suggested: go to phone settings>apps>Play Store app>delete cache>delete data. Go back to Play Store>download C2G.... IT WORKED!!!🥳🥳🥳

Terrible app. If I log into the website, there are more options, features such as viewing the zone labels whereas the app just shows which zone is open or closed. If I want to bypass a zone, then the list should appear instead of me having to memorize each zone. There should be a biometric fingerprint log-in option for the app and the owner should be able to invite family members who should be using their own login credentials. Right now I have to log in into each device. App logs me out.

Android App Emails gone. An update eliminated the emails I get when there is an event or alarm and disarm. How do we get that back?
