BEWARE! YOUR APP WILL NOT WORK ONCE YOU PAY OFF YOUR EQUIPMENT.... Update: now 1 star. I literally hate this app. The worst thing ever. I constantly have to uninstall and then reinstall on order to see my cameras. This only lasts a couple of days and then back to blank nonloading screen. I can't get my head around how a security system has such a terrible app. The only way I can see my cameras is with the playback button. I don't see myself having this system for much longer

After the update a while ago, it's not been as good. 15+ tear vivint customer. And this app is making me consider going through the work of switching providers. It has not even opened for the last 2 days. You're on notice.
