View live camera feeds and recordings
Keep your home safer with cameras and security that work together. Check on what's happening around your home day and night, and rewatch important events with 30-day DVR recording and Smart Clips.
Save energy
Create custom schedules for your lights and turn them off from anywhere. Adjust your thermostat from your phone to save money, even if you’re away.
Lock and unlock your home
Know your home is secure by checking the status of your smart locks, and lock or unlock your doors with a swipe. Check to see if the garage door is open through the status indicator on the app, and be alerted right away if you happen to leave it open.

Tell me why this app partially works about half the time? It's not my phone connection because I've tried it from multiple locations. The app just plain doesn't load everything. Update 06/29: reached out to my sales rep, and he guided me through the process of fixing it. The app is still a kinda slow but at least it somewhat works now

I have been a Vivint customer for 6 years and have upgraded 3 times. I currently utilize Vivint's most advanced offerings, including the Hub Pro 2, 3 Gen 3 Pro Cameras (all equipped with Spotlight Pro), and the Doorbell Pro 2. My new equipment is experiencing significant issues with video playback and recording. Specifically, I am observing substantial artifacts and occasional camera loading failures. Vivint opened up a software ticket 2 weeks ago. I'm still waiting for a fix......

Cameras constantly need to reboot. Customer Care is not good at all. Sold me four gen 2 cameras. Seven months later they start going off-line. Vivint tells me I need to" upgrade" to Gen 3 cameras because they changed the software and all Gen 2s will go offline eventually. They insist I BUY Gen 3 cameras, very expensive. They should upgrade customers fir free, or they never should have sold US Gen 2. Very dishonest company.

Barely Works. Someone's at the door, can't get the camera or app to work. Sometimes all the cameras and the doorbell go offline for MONTHS and no one can do anything to fix it. Customer service is a joke. I can't wait to replace this whole system. Its expensive Trash.
