it's good when you know technically, but I don't I need security system that is good they need to fix all their playback and the app but like every componey that has security. there is always some stuff that don't work. The cost is like for rich people the app sometimes work sometimes it doesn't but knowing that I feel safe in my own home help but when it doesn't work they come and fix it ASAP and that gives me security so 4 stares. . Hope they fix all their stuff

The latest update causes it to freeze and does not allow me to open it when I need to disarm or check the cameras. This has been very difficult and causing security issues in my home which the system is supposed to fix not make worse.

The app drops connection with the hub, and cameras. Every other day I have to uninstall and reinstall... if I had an actual emergency I would die. Worked great when I bought everything, now I can't view video because it gets stuck buffering. Reading all the reviews it seems Vivint has just given up helping customers, because they already got your money. I would give negative stars if I could
