Vivint is an Excellent True Security company. salesman Tyler is superb 👌. Software is one of a kind. Truly addictive to use and very dependable and reliable. Only biggest issue I have with this company is thier Tech support are horrible and will never troubleshoot and deliver in a timely manner this part is truly not a good area. How would such a company not hire top highly experienced Tech support, they failed 3x theu drop the ball on us 2x. So due to that dept is the onky reason I'll Leave.

I love the fact that I can have company / family in my home, and I still have control of the settings. In other words, I am able to exit my home with my guests asleep, and can set my alarm status to ARMED STAY from the "app" on my cellular phone! If my guests forget to set the alarm AWAY, then I am able to control that action from the "app" as well! I am very pleased! (FML)

The money we spend on these cameras the app is stupid laggy playback is stupid laggy you're better off with another system the money that we spent and the time that we spent trying to get playback on anything is absolutely ridiculous this camera sucks it is a Chinese found company not worth the money or the time for how much they want for the cameras you can find something better trust me absolutely disappointed

Vivint is not worth the money!!! I have had issues with this system for the past 3+years. This have been ever since I got this system. When you call it nearly to get someone to help with their system.
