My system constantly has problems. Either the sensors stop communicating, the cameras go offline, the front doorbell camera doesn't record, or the "Smart Hub" loses internet connection. The system used to be great now I can hardly use it or can never view my cameras, and it constantly chimes to tell me something is wrong with the system. Can not recommend.

App is no longer working since doing the most recent update. When I click on the app it does one of two things it gives me either a black screen and nothing else OR it gives me a black screen with the living logo and nothing else. New update as of 08.15.26 if I uninstall the app and reinstall it works for about an hour then goes back to the same issue. Device is running on the newest device software and vivint application is running the most resent update as well. Device: Galaxy S26 Ultra

Always lags, always needs a reboot. And the selling point of using cellular no Wi-Fi was all hype and a bust. Ime they have installed always set to poor signal. Panel history shows it been moved even tough hasn't at random. I found a hidden flashing camera light on panel through cellphone picking it up. But it dings driveway. 11/26 App Not reliab. 8/14 down for hours, force stopped it. Then came up temporarily with setting enabled with zoomed in on people who caught in frame, Vint flock camera
