(Update) More than a year after this review, they somehow made an already garbage process worse. I don't intend on ever using an HP product again after dealing with their god-awful printers and app. This app actively makes printing on HPs already pain in the *** process actively worse. I don't want an app, I don't want a damn subscription, I want a damn printer that connects when I say "connect" and prints when I say "print" This app sucks.

Pity and shame. From Windows 2000 I didn't have so much problem with printer until now. For the years I use everything HP or Dell. This printer, will be in use till is ink in my Hp laser print, than I have to buy new one. For shure not HP.
