Have been using this app for a few years with different printers. Overall it fast and direct to work on the phone than on the PC with this app. The only one feature missing is the grayscale scanning option. When I need to do a grayscale scan, I need to initiate that from the PC program. Please add this to the mobile app.

Brother printers are very easy to operate, install, and lasts for years. Best of all, the cost is affordable for the family or businessman. I highly recommend Brother printers. My first printer lasted 13 years before the printer block gave out. The rest of it still worked.

It's a good app, but I wish there were more options on the paper size since in my country we don't use legal size but the folio size and there is none in the option and the printer won't print if it's an incorrect paper size, other than that everything's okay.

There are no settings to use, there's no ability to format the page or copies per page. It hardly ever works. It's all about measuring ink which doesn't last any longer than every other cartridge. If it decides even 1 ink is low, which it isn't, it doesn't print at all. Hate it

Can't select tray 1 or 2 in app. I have an MFC-J4535DW printer. Tray 1 loaded with 4x6 photo paper. Tray 2 loaded with 8.5x11 paper. This app allows u to select paper size, BUT WON'T LET YOU SELECT WHICH TRAY. So the BIG PROBLEM IS, no matter what paper size you select, the printer thinks ALL JPG photos should be directed to tray 1 which is loaded with 4x6 photo paper. U CAN NOT PRINT A JPG to tray 2, because you can't select which tray. This app on Samsung S23 with Android 13 & all updates.
