Dear Developer I am a user using your Brother ink tank printer DCP-426W. Needs improvement in ID Copy Shortcut Option. In Horizontal I'd card shortcut please extend top to bottom copy Shortcut. Presently in your Horizontal ID card copy Shortcut is able to scan or print top to middle. Please extend Top to buttom (To Print Indian Adhara Card Big size)and give this feature in Firmware updates. These types of features already in service in your competition Company also have th Thanks Regards Cravat

Unable to print anything as it says the app has a bug and to update the app once the company have fixed the bug.

Terrible app. It wants the model of my printer but does not list the 2400 series. Trying ti hook it up to a Wi-Fi on the printer itself is awful. Thinking if just returning this printer and going with anything non brother related. Ridiculous.

Was working great until I upgraded to a new phone, and now it would not sense the printer, or it does not show me print preview.
