Working as expected, some negative reviews are simply people not sure what this application is for. Unless you are part of a company that uses HPA solution don't install it, and ofc certain models are not support because they are not MFP devices, or they are simply 10+ years old, HP makes robust printers, but they simply cannot support it software wise for long periods.

Hp laser jet P 1102w is not even in the list of supported printers by Hp. Such a shame, hp cant include all its manufactured printers in its apps

Worst app, worst company, sent refurbished printer charged me full price was supposed to give me free paper+ ink for 1 yr cause of screw up. Re nagged. Now they have it locked. Loved HP before, always bought my own, own ink etc. Never any problems. Now I'm being held hostage 3 months.

I've always loved HP until this last printer! Installed plug in and smart app, I should be able to just use Wi-Fi without cellular, I also should be able to print offline I'm sick of the app not showing to my devices I purchased it for printing wirelessly! What a joke
