The Essentials. Picked up my Voyager headset, update firmware, all good. There's no equalizer nor any advanced setup options, even though the headset has some. The need to set up an account is also unclear. Overall: good enough once off.

I updated my poly legend 50, and now it works with updated MS Teams again. Fantastic! It's a little finicky to get the app to recognize the device. I had to have the app open before I connected the device to Bluetooth. But it worked! Very thrilled to have the earpiece up and running again. Thank you! 🙏

App just updated. Headset cannot stay connected during a phone call. It's as if the sensor is messed up. Happens when it's connected to both an iPhone or an Android doesn't cycle disconnecting and reconnecting when I'm on media. Only phone. Nothing changed other than software update. Have cycled the power on and off and tried to reset the sensor as I've had to do in the past. No success. Pretty much the latest software rendered by phone function of this earpiece useless.

Worst app I've used for a headset. Cannot select device, opens PDF user guide instead despite being paired, the Bluetooth connection is so erratic, intermittent that 50 aed garbage tws products look advanced in comparison. Plantronics' software engineers should be ashamed of launching the product with Bluetooth pairing claims. OTOH the pre-paired usb a type dongle works perfectly on a PC.

Horrible! If I could give negative stars, I would. First tried using a Voyager 5220 I haven't used in a while (BIG mistake - that earpiece is JUNK!), and the Poly Studio app detected it no problem. Switched to my Voyager Legend, and it just won't detect it, even though it's connected via Bluetooth to my phone. Uninstalled the app & reinstalled; still no luck. Can't even sign in now, because the app keeps force closing on me. Cleared cache/data, still no joy. You all SHOULD BE ASHAMED!!
