Flo provides the assurance that there are no water leaks in my home. Flo is installed in my home, and is the very first device after the main line to my home. Therefore, it detects all unusual patterns -like contractors over use (waste) of water. The downside is that any leak between the street and my ho. e is not protected or monitored by Flo. I have another monitor for that length of pipe which is nice, but would be better if Moen had a companion product for the million homeowners like me.

Excellent smart valve for the plumbing system!. With the application installed if you enter your contact information, İf there is unexpectedly too much water flow, Moen Flo smart valve first warns you and if you do not give any response, it shuts off automatically in 5 minutes. It saves water and also your house. Very useful. Thank you.

Using the new Moen app for my leak detectors is not as good as the old app. I used to be able to see all of them on the same page. Now I have to scroll all the way to the right off the page to see each one. They need to fix this.

I had my water detectors setup and working. Moen released a new app. Promptly lost my devices, wants me to register a new account, did that, and then it wants the old login to get the devices. That failed. Absolute trash

WARNING Your home will be totally unprotected during the initial learning period. The device requires a 7 to 10 day learning period before it will detect a leak and shut off your system. I just spent significant money to purchase this and have the system installed by a licensed plumber (total over $3000). I am leaving on an extended travel period and need this to work immediately. Moen Tech Support stated there is no option to bypass the learning period. Not Acceptable!!!

Previous version of the app worked great. After the redesign from Flo to Moen Flo the button to turn your water on or off doesn't work (is not clickable), even after clearing any alerts. That is the only function that truly matters in this app, and it doesn't work.
