Connecting leak detectors is challenging, but once connected work well. Have to disconnect battery after connecting to get light to go off. Slow to initially report connected and show up. Some batteries were not disabled and had run down before I opened the brand-new leak detectors. Had to buy several new batteries immediately upon installing. Quick response to simulated leaks!

Flo provides the assurance that there are no water leaks in my home. Flo is installed in my home, and is the very first device after the main line to my home. Therefore, it detects all unusual patterns -like contractors over use (waste) of water. The downside is that any leak between the street and my ho. e is not protected or monitored by Flo. I have another monitor for that length of pipe which is nice, but would be better if Moen had a companion product for the million homeowners like me.

Huge downgrade from the old Flo app. It doesn't seem to record data correctly anymore.

Previous version of the app worked great. After the redesign from Flo to Moen Flo the button to turn your water on or off doesn't work (is not clickable), even after clearing any alerts. That is the only function that truly matters in this app, and it doesn't work.

The updated app is worse than the prior and allows less functionality. I no longer have water usage tracking by device

I hate this effing app. It's so hard to turn the water back on. I would never have installed it or the device except my insurance company required it.
