So far so good and time will tell, however, the product seems quality built, the app is responsive and intuitive. The cost for a Plumber to come out and repair a small leak under the house will pay for the Droplet. This product will help me sleep better just knowing my old copper pipes are being monitored for leaks!

Very cool gadget! There are a few things I'm bummed about with the app, though. First, you can't retroactively tag usage events. The app will often miscategorize usage, and there's no way to correct it, which makes the usage data much less useful 🫤. Second, you can't go back and view detailed info on past usage. I like to drill down into my data, and it would be great to be able to do that right in the app. On the upside, though, it integrates natively with Home Assistant, which is awesome!

I gambled on buying early, as it fills a need. The equipment seems to work fine, but the app doesn't really provide any value yet. You can see only very basic flow details, and the "smart" detections are completely inaccurate. There's no ability to track water over a specific time period, or really any useful way to consume the data. This is extremely disappointing, as it renders the device pretty useless. Hopefully features are added, and I can improve my review.

After last update app is no longer displaying usage data, past or present. Still getting notifications of usage detected so device seems to be working. Please fix your app.

So sad! The new update lost ALL previous data. Can you fix it, Droplet? I am also cautious about the non-adjustability of existing "smart detections." it says we have been using hundreds of gallons daily for showers. That is srong: mostly irrigation. But I can't see let alone adjust records. Looks like I may have to reset and start over, which is sad. Strong suggestion: allow expirti G data, perhaps to CSV format. At least then I can do my own analysis. Full detail please!
