Very cool gadget! There are a few things I'm bummed about with the app, though. First, you can't retroactively tag usage events. The app will often miscategorize usage, and there's no way to correct it, which makes the usage data much less useful 🫤. Second, you can't go back and view detailed info on past usage. I like to drill down into my data, and it would be great to be able to do that right in the app. On the upside, though, it integrates natively with Home Assistant, which is awesome!

Droplet installation was easy. App is clean and presents useful information. Hands down the best consumer smart home product purchase I've made. Get one!

This has worked very well. I was able to confirm much water use issues. I mainly got the device and app to monitor and confirm an overuse issue, and it did that great! I got alerts of high volume of use etc. and what times. I was pleasantly surprised when it alerted me off a small leak at a spigot. Very great device and app, very happy over here.

I had a slow leak in my irrigation system that cost me $750 in water bill. Since I got this unit I got notified twice that I have a leak which prevented a large water bill again. This is a second older vacation home. We are not there all the time this device saved me from worrying constantly when I am not there. I was going to give 4 stars due software still has some issues but not impacting ability to detect issues before it is too late.

Never tags usage! Despite me tagging several fixtures both during use, and after use, the app NEVER tags a fixture itself! It's nice to know if there is a random water usage (leak), but a major selling point of this app is tagging fixtures and identifying water usage location. I have a toilet that intermittently runs (flapper needs replacing), and the app shows this throughout the night, but has NEVER identified it as the tagged toilet.

So sad! The new update lost ALL previous data. Can you fix it, Droplet? I am also cautious about the non-adjustability of existing "smart detections." it says we have been using hundreds of gallons daily for showers. That is srong: mostly irrigation. But I can't see let alone adjust records. Looks like I may have to reset and start over, which is sad. Strong suggestion: allow expirti G data, perhaps to CSV format. At least then I can do my own analysis. Full detail please!

Does not detect leaks. My toilet has an issue with its tank mechanism having a small continuous flow. No detection. The GUI interference is also not very good. And there is no way to download your usage.

REAL-TIME WATER MONITORING: Your home’s water, streaming live at over 50 times per second
Track your water use live and see your past usage history in one simple interactive dashboard.
FIXTURE DETECTION: See what’s using water, and when
Droplet tracks individual fixtures like showers, toilets, faucets, irrigation systems, dishwashers, washing machines, bathtubs, and more, so you know exactly where your water goes.
MULTI-HOME SUPPORT: Manage multiple homes with one app
Easily switch between homes, perfect for people with vacation homes, rental units, or second residences.
AWAY MODE: Keeps watching while you’re away
Droplet gets more sensitive while your home is empty, so you hear about unexpected flow faster. Usage while you’re away won’t skew your normal averages.
EASY DIY INSTALL: Get set up in minutes
No plumber or tools necessary. Droplet attaches to your home’s main water pipe and adjusts to fit most common pipe sizes.
ULTRASONIC ACCURACY: Precise data, and it’s yours
Powerful ultrasonic sensors detect flow as low as 0.026 gallons per minute. Calibrate with the in-app Accuracy Tool and your readings match actual water usage to within 1–2%. Our local API streams your data to Home Assistant or any MQTT-capable system, no cloud required.
