I've tried getting NORMAL electrical service for WEEKS with no response. I have never spent so much on electric as I do here with PREPAID. $4.50 EVERY TIME YOU DEPOSIT funds? Yeah... That's not ok. Esp. Without providing free option only costing you an inconvenience.

I'm so disappointed in this app! The only thing is good for is to tell you how much money you have left in your account. The daily usage might as well-be nonexistent, it makes no sense! I don't understand how they can deem this an acceptable app

Updated the app, and it still will no longer let me make a payment through the app. I get redirected to the website which is quite annoying. It used to be simple to make a payment before.

This is one of the worst apps ever it won't let you open it even if you have correct information I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times it won't even show up in the app section of my phone always says my info is incorrect
